Experience Map Infographic Poster

I designed this experience map for one of IceMobile’s clients in China with the goal being to help them gain insights into their consumer behaviour. After IceMobile’s talented research team conducted in-depth interviews and surveys with consumers, we gathered the results together to create this infographic A1 poster, showing the most interesting findings and areas of opportunity – in both English and Chinese.
This was a challenging assignment due to the huge amount of information but the client was extremely satisfied with the result and has used it since to improve their customer service in a variety of ways, while displaying the posters proudly in their offices.
